IT'S BEEN AGES!!!

Wow, it's been like almost a year since I last blogged! Reading all my blogs that I had posted in the past..I kinda chuckled to myself and thinking "I posted this?" LOLs!!! Hilarious.

Okay, okay, okay...so finally, I decided to blog again. I stopped for a while because there were some circumstances in my life that I needed to deal with and certain people whom I needed to uhm..let's just say....get rid of.

Everybody goes through a rough patch in their life whether it be now or later or many yesterday's ago...the point is...you get through it because you're here TODAY and that's all that matters. I'm just lucky that my husband and kids are healthy this year so far (knock on wood) and that everything is going smoothly up to date.

I'm so eager for spring to arrive as I want to go on as many road trips as possible withe the hubby and kids. It's been ages since we did any good LONG road trips. Also, spring = fishing! YES fishing!!! I LOVE fishing!!! My hubby got me hooked! Can't wait.

We've been blessed with such warm and nice weather this year so far (again..knock on wood). It's almost March and we've probably had about maybe just 7 inches of snow altogether? WOW! I know right? Hate winter here in Wisconsin but I wouldn't want to move anywhere else too...I know, it's kind of like the "love and hate" relationship...LOLs!!

I've recently purchased my Nikon D7000 camera. It's an awsome camera! I've been practicing on my camera recently. Not as good as I want the pictures to be but I'm learning and like they say "practice makes perfect". I just need to upgrade to a new/good lens..hopefully soon too.

Below are some shots I took, trying to put my camera into practice mode. There will be tons more in the future of course!! Enjoy!!

And of course, I always leave my blog with a poem/quote:

" Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. "
